STAYS PUT WHILE YOU REST – The built-in gel bootie surrounds the ankle and heel for 360° cooling; use the ankle ice pack wrap for swelling while seated or lying down to ease post-workout aches and sprains, drip-free and leak-resistant. For mobility, simply remove before walking or standing.
CUSTOM, COMFORTABLE FIT – Stretch fabric and two compression straps let Medium adjust from loose to snug; the ankle ice wrap conforms to your foot shape for even contact, helping soothe plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, and other hot spots quickly.
REUSABLE & EASY TO STORE – Durable, leak-resistant gel inserts are freezable and reusable; stash the set in the included pouch to avoid food odors in the freezer. Use as ice packs for feet after long shifts, travel, or standing days for dependable cooldown anytime.
MULTI-USE PAIN RELIEF – Each sock includes a detachable gel pad with hook-and-loop backing for spot cooling on ankles, elbows, or knees. Wear as ice socks for feet as intended, or use the pad alone to target small joints and tendons when you need quick, focused relief.

Having trouble keeping those slippery ice packs in place?
Cold Therapy Socks
Not a problem with these cold therapy socks! Just place the frozen or heated gel packs inside the pockets then slip the socks on. These cooling socks are great for helping alleviate pains and discomfort for the arch, ball of feet, heel, ankle, and top of the foot. Anyone suffering from sprains, chronic foot conditions, undergoing medical treatments, or who is on their feet for extended periods will find relief by using these cooling and warming booties!
Say "Goodbye!" to products that aren't cold or hot enough and can't seem to target the right spot! If you're looking for a way to stay comfy during your surgery recovery, then this post-mastectomy pillow is for you!
The cold therapy socks and gel packs are suitable for:
Plantar Fasciitis
Ankle and Heel Pain
Chemotherapy
Neuropathy
Arthritis
Knee and Elbow Joint Pains
Non-Slip Soles & Multiple Pockets
The soles of these cold therapy socks have silicone dots that provide excellent grip when walking or standing. You don't have to worry about accidentally slipping or sliding on tiles or wood floors.
Each cooling sock has 3 pockets: 1 on top of the socks, 1 at the soles, and 1 behind the feet. Slip 2 gel packs or more for complete foot pain relief!
Compression Straps & Storage Pouch
The package includes 2 compression straps which you can use to tighten the cooling socks when necessary, as is the case for women with small feet. Using these also adds compression therapy which helps boost the pain-relieving effects. The compression straps may also be used with the gel packs to target other areas of the body such as the arms and legs.
A satin storage pouch is also included. Use these when heating the gel packs in the microwave and cooling them in the freezer. This effectively prevents food odors from sticking to the gel packs.
For Hot & Cold Therapy
For cold therapy, place the socks with gel packs inserted in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Slip the socks on for a cold experience.
For hot pack therapy, place the gel packs in the microwave and heat them up for 25-30 seconds. You can let them cool down a bit afterward, or place them immediately into the sock's pockets if so desired.
