Is this vehicle street legal?
No. Off-road use only. Cannot be registered or operated on public roads in any U.S. state. Also not CARB-certified — cannot be sold or used in California.
What does the wa-rran-ty cover, and what is excluded?
1-year frame wa-rranty against structural defects. 90-day parts and battery wa-rranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear items excluded. Handled by our U.S.-based team.
Does the vehicle come assembled, or do I need to assemble it?
The Hawk 125 ships 85% pre-assembled. Remaining assembly takes approximately 45–60 minutes (4 wheels, handlebar, fenders, rear rack, rear shock, footrests, battery). Owner's manual and official YouTube assembly video included.
Do I need to change the oil before the first ride?
Yes — change the engine oil before your first ride. Factory oil is a break-in fluid not suitable for extended use. Skipping this step is the most common cause of early engine seizure.
What should I do if my vehicle arrives damaged?
Photograph everything before signing. Note damage on delivery receipt. Refuse delivery only if severely damaged — con-tact us within 48 hours with photos for damage found after opening.
