What material are these miniatures made of?
Semi-Hard PVC plastic. Looks and feels great compared to typical soft PVC used by many other brands.
Are these unprimed? And should I prime them before painting.
These are not primed. We do recommend priming the minis -- it will make it increase the ease of paint application and the final appearance. We prefer any PVC plastic specific primer, especially that made by the brands Games Workshop and Army Painter

What size and scale are these? What does "28mm heroic scale" mean exactly?
Our 28mm heroic scale means that every 28mm of miniature = approx 5'6" in real life size. "Heroic scale" is slightly larger than true 28mm scale and exaggerates certain features for easy-to-paint miniatures with clear details.
