The 10 hanging arms are angled horizontally so it's easy to hang more long pasta without noodles touching each other. Dry everything from long, wide lasagna noodles to thin angel hair pasta. You don't need tools or hardware to put the pasta rack together. It assembles in minutes. Simply place the stand in the base and tighten by hand, then slide the 14" rods into the stand to form the hanging arms.
