Check the side of your bicycle tire to find the dimensions, then pick the Self Seal Inner Tube that fits. The first number is the tire diameter, the second is the tire width. MTB tyres are mostly in inches (e.g. 26 x 1.50-2.10). Road tires often use the french system (e.g. 700c X 18-25c).
Simply match the valve to your current inner tube valves before replacing. Or check your wheels; Schrader valves are wider and used on most bicycle tires. Presta valves are narrower and typically used on more premium bicycles.
