Since 1967, WEICON has been developing and manufacturing different types of stripping tools. The high-quality tools carry the GS quality seal and were developed considering aspects of occupational safety and user-friendliness. In addition to a variety of cable and wire stripping tools, the WEICON Tool product range also includes different multifunctional tools.
The WEICON Wire Stripper No. 5 can be used for stripping all common stranded and solid conductors between 0.2 and 6.0 mm². The stripping tool has an automatic scanning system, which determines the cable diameter. This prevents damaging the inner conductor. In addition, the No. 5 offers an adjustable length stop of 5-12 mm. A well-accessible side cutter up to 2 mm Ø is also integrated in the tool.

From the idea, the first drafts, sample production, trial versions, mould construction, right up to the production, final assembly, quality check, everything is supplied by one single source. All WEICON Wire Strippers were developed for the precise, fast and safe stripping of all common cable types. They carry the GS quality seal by the TÜV Nord and were developed considering occupational safety aspects.
