The Venture Horizon Media Tower Model #2390 can spin a full 360 degree range not limited to a certain direction. However the Base does not spin with the Bottom and this has a necessity to create space around the Tower in order for the Tower to spin. You would need about 4" of space between any wall or object and the item.
