Proper Prep and Conditions:

Check that the wood is dry and use either Regular or Cold Weather formula based on working temps
Remove any previous coatings and sand with 220-grit sandpaper, vacuuming any sanding dust
Use denatured alcohol or acetone to wipe down the wood and remove any contaminants
For deep rot, drill holes into affected areas to inject the epoxy for deeper absorption

Mixing and Dispensing:

Measure the resin and hardener in a 2:1 mix ratio by volume (calibrated pumps available for Quart and larger sizes)
Start with small amounts of mixed epoxy to control working time and prevent excessive heat
Mix for 2-5 minutes until fully clear, scraping the sides and bottom of the mixing cup
If working with deep rot or damaged wood, thin with acetone, denatured alcohol, or lacquer thinner to improve flow

How to Apply and Topcoating:

Use a brush, roller, syringe, or plastic spreader to apply epoxy on the wood
