Testo was founded in Lenzkirch, in the Black Forest region of Germany, in 1957 and has since designed, developed, and manufactured portable test and measurement instrumentation and solutions. Backed by 60 years of measuring engineering experience, testo's mission is to provide the highest quality, service, and value.
Testo's first product manufactured was a simple electronic thermometer. Today, the product line has expanded to include a large variety of temperature measuring instruments, such as data loggers, air velocity meters, humidity and dew point meters, refrigeration service analyzers, multifunction instruments, stack gas analyzers and air emission monitors, water analyzers, tachometers, sound, pressure, and light meters, and thermal imagers.
Easy In-Duct Testing
The probe's hinged shaft provides invaluable adaptability in real-world scenarios, allowing users to maneuver it into confined spaces. This is crucial in HVAC and engineering applications where accurate airflow assessment is essential. The design facilitates ease of use, enabling users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of airflow characteristics, whether performing averaging calculations for an overview or employing timed traverse techniques for detailed assessments.
Extendible Shaft
The wireless instrument's telescopic shaft, extending up to 15 inches, enhances versatility for precise measurements in HVAC ductwork and industrial machinery. It addresses challenges in expansive spaces, emphasizing user convenience in engineering, maintenance, and research. The construction prioritizes durability, ensuring reliable performance over extended use, establishing the instrument as a comprehensive and adaptable tool for professionals in HVAC, industrial processes, and research.
Extremely Accurate
The HVAC gauge offers an impressive range of measurement capabilities, ensuring accuracy across various applications. It excels in precisely measuring air velocity, providing reliable data on air movement speed. Additionally, its accurate temperature measurement is crucial for industries prioritizing temperature control. Assessing in-duct airflow, the gauge enhances understanding of circulation within ductwork, vital for optimizing HVAC systems. With supplied duct dimensions, it extends its capabilities to measure volume flow, offering a comprehensive solution for airflow assessment.
