Thanks to the adjustable quick-release fastener, you can adjust the height from between 24.6 inches and 38.2 inches to suit each individual player from sitting to standing positions as you please. With the ergonomic and back-friendly playing height, both adults and children can play keyboards comfortably.
The classical single X design allows the stand to be collapsed flat, which makes it the lightest, easiest, low-cost stand but also with high value. Comes with the low weight, it is meant to be portable and simple to setup in a breeze. Just place your keyboard, synth, or stage style piano on top and you’re ready to go!
Once you have all the parts, Take out the X-frame firstly. Place stand upright so that the pull knob is above the bolt. Set the safety lock pin (the disk clutch) in the middle position for ease of setup and balance of stand.
Next you will want to add the feet, 2 shorter feet for the top and 2 longer feet for the bottom. Insert a black hex bolt through the dimpled hole and into one foot by hand. Then use the supplied Allen wrench to tighten it up firmly. Repeat for each foot.
Check if the stand is in balance if assembled correctly. Double check that all hex bolts are screwed tightly before placing any equipment on the stand. After confirming your stand is the correct way up, (that is, widest feet at the bottom and facing the correct way with the pull knob facing towards the player) you could place your keyboard on top and play it happily.
To adjust the height, use the safety lock pin to select one of the 5 holes for a pre-determined height. We might recommend the narrower setting for playing while standing and the wider setting for seated play. It may depend on your personal preference too.
