Why do you use Tilapia gelatin? How big are the softgels?
Our softgels are made from Tilapia gelatin for those following a pescatarian diet. Most fish oil brands use bovine (beef) or porcine (pork) as their gelatin base. Our softgels are about an inch long, which is typical for most Fish Oil capsules.
How fresh is your fish oil? What is the shelf life of each bottle?
The entire Omega-3 concentrate refining process happens with minimal exposure to heat, to ensure extremely low oil oxidation levels and freshness. Each bottle has a 3-year shelf life from the manufacturing date (located on the bottom of the bottle.)
