The SoleAid Adjust-A-Heel is most commonly used to correct leg-length discrepancy. The heel wedge adds a subtle, customizable height lift to any shoe. It is also recommended by foot & ankle specialists to improve uneven hip alignment, relieve foot pain caused by Achilles tendonitis, or cushion a tender heel. Choose from Small, Medium, or Large. All adjustable heel wedges are the same thickness (3/8 inches), no matter the size. Each one features three 1/8 inch layers that can be peeled away and re-stacked as needed for customized height adjustments for men and women.
