The WR-22 has a built-in AM/FM antenna while also supporting external antennas. The FM radio supports RDS (Radio Data System), which allows station name, time/date and other radio info to be transmitted. Featuring adjustable tuning steps, users can manually adjust the frequency in steps of 50kHz/100 kHz in FM or 9 kHz/10 kHz in AM. Thanks to the 10 Station Presets (5 FM, 5 AM), you can easily access your favorite channel in a heartbeat.
If bass is what you’re looking for, then look no further. Inside the wooden cabinet of the WR-22 houses a ported bass tube designed to create more bass and loudness compensation. Combining the 3-inch 7W full range speaker, the radio delivers superb sound performance. The sound profile can be further adjusted with the rotary bass and treble control.
Tired of the constant loop of pop songs on the radio? The WR-22 supports Bluetooth and USB playback, so you can enjoy the music you like. Playback audio from smartphones, tablets, PCs and other Bluetooth enabled devices is now quick, easy and cable free. With the support of USB playback, you can store MP3 and WMA files from back in the day.
With an eye opening selection of I/O ports, the WR-22 grows as your needs expand. For powering the device, you have your typical AC-In port and DC-In for outdoor power supply. As for the audio, you have the standard Aux-In and headphone ports as well as a subwoofer-out to “feel” the bassline.
Comes standard with a fully functional IR remote control. You’d be surprised how handy it is when the radio is on the other side of the room.
The high contrast LCD panel is easy to read and shows relevant info in an intuitive way. The brightness can be adjusted to accommodate the environment.
