SANGEAN’s RCR-5 aims to get you to rise and shine in a calmer manner. Featuring Humane Waking System (HWS), the alarm will slowly build up in intensity, gently reminding you it’s time to get up and running.
But don’t be mistaken, the RCR-5 is just as capable as any other SANGEAN products when it comes to the radio department. SANGEAN's digital tuner technology reduces drift on AM stations and locks in weak FM stations. Comes with 10 presets to store your favorite AM/FM stations.
Never get startled by the loud alarm again. SANGEAN RCR-5 features Humane Waking System (HWS) that gradually increases the volume of the ring. You can program it to ring by radio or buzzer. Sleep, Nap, and Snooze timers are also available, making it the perfect bedside companion.
The built-in speaker offers more oomph than you can ask for in such a small form factor. Equipped with an AUX-in port, you can hook up with your smartphone, MP3 player and most audio devices out there and let the speakers do its trick. A 3.5mm audio jack comes standard with the radio, giving you the freedom to enjoy the radio with the headphone of your choice.
The faint glare from LCD displays at night can be distracting. The RCR-5 comes with a brightness dial, allowing you to easily adjust the LCD backlight to the exact brightness you like. The display gives off a soft and warm color temperature, making sure you stay uninterrupted during sleep.
SANGEAN's digital tuner technology reduces station drifting and locks on to weak stations. Comes attached with an FM antenna to further strengthen the FM signal, giving you the optimal reception. The RCR-5 has 10 presets (5AM/5FM), allowing you to quickly access saved channels.
