Reusable Cleaning Cartridge, HG or HGN

The reusable cleaning cartridge is compatible for all Sanastec and most Enagic and Toyo water ionizers including Leveluk models. Use of cleaning cartridge at least twice a year to maintain performance and extend the life of your ionizer is highly recommended.

HG or HGN? Please ensure that you ordered the right filter type for your machine.

We offer both HG and HGN.

Your machine is compatible with “HG” or regular filters if the filter base/tray/nipple has a completely round center hole.
Your machine is compatible with “HG-N” filters if the filter base/tray/nipple has 2 indents/notches in the center hole.

Use Instructions

Step 1

Fill the reusable cleaning cartridge using 2-6 oz of the Crystalline Cleaning Granule

Step 2

Install the reusable cleaning cartridge in the water ionizer.

Plug the drain hose with the red rubber stopper

Step 4

Bend flexible pipe up (higher than the main unit) and turn on the water for one minute.

Step 5

Turn off the water and let water ionizer sit for approximately one hour.

Step 6

Return flexible pipe to original position and remove rubber stopper. Then, turn on water and let it run for 5-10 minutes

Step 7

Turn off water and take out the reusable cleaning cartridge.

Save the cartridge and the red stopper for the next use.
