We only use 100% Arabica coffee for our blends, as well as our flavored coffee. We believe the flavoring adds unique elements to the coffee, so we never use a lower quality bean. We package our coffee in bags with 1-way air valves to keep the product fresh. It is best stored in a cool, dry place. You can keep it longer in the refrigerator, but you should never freeze it.
