A flashing F code may indicate damage to the heating coils, commonly caused by pressure applied to the pad which can cause a connection error. The blinking F may indicate a connection error caused by damage in the coils. To ensure safe and effective use, we recommend avoiding pulling or bending the pad connector, as well as refraining from folding or bending the pad while it is still hot. 3. Reconnect the cord and pad connectors
