Reddish-purple foliage year around. Unlike some of the other purple leafed varieties it retains it coloration on old and new growth. New growth is almost as vivid as the flower color. Dark pink fringe-like flowers multiple times a year
Flowers are similar to Witch Hazel. Some winter flowering during warmer spells. Great for use as a flowering evergreen hedge, accent plant, or specimen plant.
