A: No. We recommend that all dogs be 12 weeks or older before using this product. Please consult your veterinarian for treatment advice.

A: This product is to be used as an aid in eliminating mites and ticks in the ears of dogs and for relief from itching caused by these pets.
Q: What are some signs of ear mites?
A: Thick black discharge from the ear, shaking of the head and excessive scratching of the ears can all be signs that your dog has ear mites. If you are unsure if your dog has ear mites, we recommend contacting your veterinarian prior to treatment.
Q: I see that this product provides protection from ticks. Does this mean I can apply it all over my dog's body for ticks?
A: No. This product will eliminate ear mites and ticks that are in the ears only. We recommend a flea and tick product such as a topical, collar, shampoo, spray, etc. for ticks that are located on the dog’s body.
