This potting mix is suitable for indoor and outdoor use because of its moisture management — making it ideal for use with potted fruit & vegetable plants, trees for the home, or for annual bloomers kept on the patio. Moisture retention and water absorption by the soil is maintained with three main soil components; Perfect Plants Perlite, Coconut Coir, and Peat Moss. Mycorrhizae is a plant-healthy fungus that goes beyond protecting the root system. This naturally occurring growth enhancement helps magnify root establishment. This fungus enhances nutrition levels in the soil without artificial fertilizers.
Act as an extended barrier to plant roots when soil conditions hit extremes. These tiny healthy enzymes assist in root stability in soil conditions that are not ideal. Not to mention they can act as a flushing agent, removing toxins from the roots and soil.
Is a textured agent that creates air pockets in the soil. This can be extremely helpful in aerating the soil of plants that are kept in containers. It is a highly recommended draining agent as well as it has a neutral pH balance and does not affect overall pH when added to mix.
