Peanuts are Pressed to Eliminate Oil

No need to worry about leftovers remaining in the jar or oil splitting from your peanut butter when you have PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. Fresh peanuts are pressed to eliminate the oil — and fat along with it — and leave you with the peanut buttery taste you love but with fewer calories and fat. With no preservatives, you can feel good about indulging in this high-protein, low-fat food as part of your smoothies or baked goods.
