Our Palouse Brand Hard Red Winter Wheat Berries, that we grind into our 100% whole grain Whole Wheat Flour, are Certified Residue Free by the detox project.
Palouse Brand is a 6th Generation Family Farm based in Eastern Washington. We are so thankful to continue to pass down our passion, not only for farming, but also the opportunity to provide healthy, premium quality foods.
As a vertically integrated farm that grows, cleans, processes, packages and ships premium grains and legumes, we strive to provide our customers with nutrient rich products, transparency, recipes, and five star service.
We mill our Red Winter Wheat Berries in small batches into our beautiful Whole Wheat Flour. Whole grain flour is a great resource in any kitchen, though it's important to remember that because whole grain flour is more dense, it often requires adjustment to liquids in recipes.
Palouse Brand Red Winter Wheat Berries are grown in the rich soils of the Palouse on our 125 year old farm. Our wheat berries are triple cleaned in our own facility to ensure the highest quality.
Our Whole Wheat Flour is an incredibly versatile flour. It is hearty enough for a yeast risen bread, yet mild enough for muffins and other baked goods. This flour can be leavened with either yeast or a baking powder or soda.
All Palouse Brand grown products are certified Non-GMO. The Non-GMO Project verifies annually that all of our products meet their standards.
All Palouse Brand grown products are ripened naturally by sunshine and wind. Flour ground from our wheat berries is Certified Glyphosate Residue Free.
Our products are Kosher Parve and processed in a nut free and soy free facility.
