The BeaterBlade is designed to scrape the sides of your mixing bowl, which means it has to touch the sides of the bowl and might make some noise!
The Original BeaterBlade frame is made from high impact plastic. It's flexible plastic blades press against the bowl to scrape batter and mix in a downward motion but they flex enough so the blade rotates freely.

Tips & tricks for a successful fit & mixing:
The Original BeaterBlade cuts mixing times by up to 50%, giving you more time to create other things…like frosting. Cake batters come out silky smooth, cookie doughs are thoroughly blended and anything else you can dream up will be mixed better than using the flat beater. Go ahead…mix something delicious.

When mixing is complete, take the BeaterBlade off the mixer and it will double as a spatula for your final stir.

The powder coated aluminum frame is durable, sleek and beautiful, it will not chip or break. The BeaterBlade METAL consistently scrapes and folds down into the center of the bowl, completely incorporating ingredients for perfect consistency every time.
