Who is not suitable for using this massager?
Not suitable for people with pacemakers, heart disease, cerebral thrombosis, joint replacement, and other major diseases or those who have weak or sensitive bones or muscles. If unsure, please consult your doctor before using/purchasing the unit.
Can this massager be used for kneading?
The leg massager doesn't have kneading, vibration, heating functions, and there are no rollers inside the device. It adopts adequate air compression on your leg and foot area to improve circulation and relieve fatigue.
Too light or tight.
A1. There are 3 massage levels for you to choose.
A2. Adjust the strap width to fit the pressure to your needs(leaving 3-4 fingers of space). Max suitable calf circumference: 23in / 58cm.
A3. Turn off the machine if you cannot bear the strength.
A sudden interruption of operation.
A1. The power adapter or air hoses fall off.
A2. The massager will shut off automatically in 20 minutes.
A3. Check if 2 air hoses are plugged into the controller completely.
Q1: The controller gets hot. Q2: Doesn't work and the Lig indicator light is off
A1: It is normal if the controller gets hot after a too long time of use. We suggest that you shut it down for 10 minutes
A2: Make sure the power adapter is connected well and press the power button of the controller
