Our All-Natural Beef comes from cattle that have NEVER EVER been treated with Antibiotics or Growth Hormones. We take it further by feeding the highest quality vegetarian diet and making sure our critters have plenty of room to roam and stay healthy naturally. We go to great lengths to make sure our cattle only have one bad day.
Prestige Beef comes from our conventional cattle, as opposed to All-Natural cattle. Cattle that we use to produce Prestige beef products may have been administered an antibiotic or growth hormone at some point during their life, which is the way virtually all beef on the market is currently produced.
We are a small, family owned and operated business that began with a 3rd generation cattleman, born and raised in the heart of Nebraska.
Our beef is wet aged 35 days then hand cut by small town butchers who pride themselves in keeping the art of butchering alive in every steak. They are then individually packaged in heavy, high barrier plastic cryo-vac packaging and flash frozen.
We ship each order in an insulated Styrofoam cooler, which is packed with dry ice to keep the product in a deep frozen state during the entire shipping process.
We pride ourselves in having a quick turn around time. Be prepared to have your beef on your doorstep within 5 business days of placing your order.
