Note:
Before scraping the paint, the enameled wire must be slightly straightened by hand to avoid the enameled wire being unable to align with the center of the cutting edge.
When scraping to the end of the enameled wire, please do not immediately make the wire leave the three-jaw cutter head until it stops rotating. So as to avoid the enameled wire suddenly detaching from the cutting edge and damaging the cutting edge during rotation.
How to adjust the speed:
When the enameled wire with different specifications, you can adjust the speed regulating potentiometer. The small wire diameter is adjusted toward the slow speed, and the large wire diameter is adjusted toward the fast direction; when the paint film of the enameled wire is not cleaned off, the speed should be increased until it is cleaned. If the enameled wire is scratched by the stripping machine during speed regulation, the speed should be reduced until it meets the requirements. Please select the most suitable speed according to the above method.

What should I do if the enameled wire is broken during the stripping process?
When stripping the enameled wire below 0.4 mm (0.0157") , there is a possibility of wire breakage.
The reason is that the blade is sharper, or the speed of the machine is fast.
When stripping thin magnet wires, it is recommended to adjust the speed to the slowest first, and then pull out the enameled wire faster.
If the wire is still easy to break when stripping at the lowest speed, it is better to strip the wire with a blunt blade, and you can replace the old blade.

1. Straighten the enameled wire that needs to be scraped, put it into the center of the knife holder, press the power start switch, and the motor will rotate immediately.
