All you have to do is set a password in parental management app when first entry this MP3 player before giving to kids.
How to install or update applications?
The M4Pro MP3 Player comes with the Play Store pre-installed. You can install and update apps directly from the Play Store. In addition, all apps including the Play Store can be blocked or unblocked.
What should I do if the player is frozen or unresponsive?
Just press and hold the power button for 30 seconds or use a pin to press the reset button inside the small hole to reboot the system.
The player is stuck on the loading logo screen during startup?
This usually means the battery is below 3%. Simply charge the device for 20 minutes before powering on again to ensure a successful startup. Also, our support team will be 24 standby to solve any unexpected issues.
