Lunderg’s doctor-approved alternating pressure pad is the easy-to-use solution to prevent and heal bedsores, featuring flocked fabric to keep skin cool & dry. The only pump with a convenient quick release connector and static mode for meal time or when the patient needs a rest!
In this mode, the selected air pressure within the mattress pad is cycled approximately every 6 minutes by alternating between two main air chambers, causing a shift in the patient's weight distribution.
Lunderg's pad has been designed to operate without the user feeling any intense movement.
Press the "Static" ON button to activate this mode. This process can take up to 6 minutes, depending on your current alternating cycle and pressure setting.
Once all pad chambers are fully (and equally) inflated, the static switch will light up, confirming that the static mode is activated.

How do I know if my loved one or patient needs an alternating pressure pad?
If your loved one spends more than 15 hours a day in bed or if they are at risk of developing pressure ulcers or bedsores, an alternating pressure system is needed. Our set offers the same benefits of hospital systems at a fraction of the cost.
What is the size of the pad? And how big is the pump?
Our alternating pad (when fully inflated) is 74.8 in (without flaps) / 102.4 in (with flaps) by 35.4 in and 2.6 in thick. The pad has flaps at the 2 ends that fold over the end of the bed to keep it in place. The pump is 10.7 in x 4.7 in x 3.7 in.
Does it work outside North America Standard 110V? Does it work with 220V?
Unfortunately, our system ONLY works with North America 110V. While it could be used in 220V Countries together with a voltage converter, we don't cover malfunctions on the pressure pump if it has been used with a voltage converter.
How long can the pressure pump be plugged in?
Our pressure pump has been designed to work continuously, so you can safely keep it plugged 24/7.
