How do I empty it?
Open the front door, pull the liner down, and cut it on the built-in door-mounted cutter. Tie off the full bag, then tie a knot in the fresh liner to start the next one. The continuous liner means you only use what you need.
How long does one refill liner last?
The included 21-ft continuous liner lasts up to 10 weeks for one cat. It's 50% longer than the leading brand's standard refill, and because you cut it to length, no liner goes to waste. Multi-cat homes will change bags more often.
Does it smell when you open it?
Yes. The 4-gallon capacity is sized for busy, multi-cat households, holding several days of waste before it needs emptying. With more cats you'll change the liner more often, but the large capacity means fewer trips to the trash overal.
Do I have to buy special refills?
