Why is the bulb smaller than I expected?
This is a mini E12 candelabra bulb, about 0.6" × 2". It’s smaller than standard household bulbs. The base is E12 (12 mm), but the bulb is compact. Please confirm your fixture uses E12 mini bulbs—not E11, E14, E17, or E26—to avoid size mismatch.
Why isn't the bulb working properly?
This bulb is non-dimmable. Using it with a dimmer switch may cause buzzing, flickering, low brightness, or shorter lifespan. For the best performance, please use it with a standard on/off (non-dimmable) switch.
Anything I should pay attention to when using this bulb?
Avoid using the bulb in wet areas or high-temperature environments (we recommend keeping it below 113°F / 45°C).
