Display won’t turn on. What should I do?
Make sure the power cord is fully plugged in and press the power button.
I can’t remove the capsule holder after brewing.
If your coffee grounds are too fine, pressure can build up, making it tough to open. Let it sit for 5 minutes to release the pressure, then try again.
The indicator light is on, but no coffee is coming out.
You might have inserted the wrong or incompatible capsule. Remove it, wait a few seconds, and try again
Why isn’t the machine dispensing water?
Please run the brewing cycle a few more times. The pump may not have successfully drawn water on the first attempt. Once the water is pulled through the system, it should work normally.
The capsule holder won’t fit into the machine.
Be sure the locking handle is fully open before inserting the capsule holder.
