The K&H Outdoor Kitty House is available in both heated and unheated models. This product is excellent for use in barns, garages, porches, and anywhere your outdoor cat need additional heat and protection. The K&H Outdoor Kitty Houses are made with 600 denier nylon with a vinyl backing that makes it waterproof. The heated version comes with and accommodates a Lectro-Soft Outdoor Heated Bed. The roof hangs over the 2 doors to keep cats warm, safe and dry. The Outdoor Kitty House features two exits so pets can not be trapped by predators. Easy to assemble with hook & loop fastener walls and a zippered roof. Heated version includes MET safety listed heated pad.

The K&H Mod Thermo Kitty Shelter is a simple zip together design. The rigid exterior will hold up to any use. The extreme weather design keeps outdoor cats warm down to the lowest temperatures mother nature can throw at it. Half the floor is heated by a K&H Small Animal Heated Pad so the cat can choose to be on or off the warmth. Use in a barn, shed, porch, garage, under a deck or anywhere extreme temperatures exist. K&H beds do not feel warm to the touch most of the time, this is normal. In order for the bed to feel warm there must be something lying in the bed.
You can test any K&H heated bed by placing a pillow on top of the sleeping surface. After about 20 minutes feel under the pillow, it will be nice and warm. This is what your pet feels when he/she lies on a K&H bed.
Do leave the bed plugged in all the time unless you are leaving your home for an extended vacation.
Don't place other objects or blankets on top of the bed.
The K&H cover can be machine washed on gentle cycle and should be line dried.
The exterior of the house should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge.
