hygger Auto Pond Feeder is an ideal solution to take care of your fish while you go on a vacation or business trip. With the Pond Fish Feeder just set the desired time and feeding frequency and the feeder will dispense the accurate portions on scheduled time. It requires to be mounted at wooden/ stone/ceramic floor with feeding port point to water surface. Made from plastic base, hopper and metal tube , weatherproof. It is designed for pond for use with pellets and stick food.
Easy to program controller, build-in clock, feed portions and timings can be easily set up and adjusted within minutes. Once finsih the setting, hang it on the pole of feeder.
Hopper measures 10.6" H ×7" Dia, it can holds fish food up to 5 lbs which can last up to few weeks feeding depending on how many fish you have and how big they are.
Made of ABS plastic, The amount of food remaining can easily be seen through the transparent bin. Snap lid is easy to refill.
For most types of pallets or sticks. Not for flake or fish food diameter less than 4mm. Recommend for use with 4-10 mm pellets or sticks.
Two shaped augers for your option according to the feeding quantity. Sparse auger dispenses more food than dense auger. For example, one portion 6mm pellets drops approx 11 grams through narrow auger. While through wide auger it drops 36 grams food.
Supper easy to REPLACE auger. Just open the lid and replace it with the auger you want and tighten the lid.
The pond feeder needs to be mounted at concrete, wood, or a solid service. Make it suspended over the water which is safe from wildlife (rat, fox, racoon and siqurrel).
Just plug in, program preferred setting and leave it.

2. No light up controller
Possible the power supply damaged. Contact seller to replace it.
3. Motor does not turn/not dispense food
Possibly the power cord from the timer to the motor unit was not plugged in correctly
4. Feeds too much how to fix this?
Some of our customers found it is too much foods even dispense one portion food.
Thanks to a kind customer's sharing review, he used electrical tape to wrap around the plastic coil to make a portion smaller. Below quoted from his review:
" Instead get a good quality electric tape and wound it around the flutes to reduce thevfeed volume same effect as shortening the time. The tape reduce the size of the flutes. I put about one whole roll and reduced the lowest servings by 85% now i can have two servings per day."
