Active Aqua Root Spa 5 gal Bucket System

The Root Spa is a Deep Water Culture system. This 5-gallon bucket system is very simple, yet it grows large plants efficiently. After a very short time, you will realize the advantages of this uniquely easy-to-use, inexpensive, and forgiving system! Pumping raw air into the nutrient solution, without the use of air stones, is not only cost-effective but is also highly effective at providing the maximum possible oxygenation for your nutrient solution.

• Multi-purpose air hose delivers air from the pump to the bottom of the bucket
• Air pump to oxygenate your water to encourage root growth

Simple and watertight connections

The grommet and elbow fitting give your system a totally sealed connection with absolutely no leaks, and the translucent air tubing allows you to see the level of nutrient solution in the outer (reservoir) bucket.

Includes air pump and air tubing

The single bucket system includes a small single-outlet air pump while the 4-bucket system includes a larger 4-outlet Active Aqua air pump. The 8 bucket system includes an even larger 8-outlet air pump.

Use your favorite hydroponic medium

You can use any soilless medium in the inner 8" bucket basket; however, we strongly recommend our GROW!T Clay Pebbles, which are ideally suited for this type of system.
