How soon will results be recognized?
Herbs are assimilated at the cellular level as they enter the body and travel throughout the system. The benefits of a complete and healthy diet may take 30-90 days to recognize.
How are Silver Lining Herbs given and in what form will I receive them?
Our horse line products come in a powder form. They are best given in the grain as a top dressing.
My horse is a picky eater. Are they palatable?
Most horses like the herbs, though some need time. Top-dress feed and walk away, start with a small amount and increase gradually, or mix with water into a paste and syringe orally for a few days until accustomed.
Do you recommend a loading dose?
No we don’t. We have not seen an advantage in doing a loading dose, and feel in many cases animals do better this way.
