WHOLE-CLAD 3-PLY NICKEL FREE STAINLESS STEEL PRIME COOKWARE SET
- This 14-piece prime cookware set is made of whole-clad 3-ply nickel free stainless steel; cuts fine figures both in the kitchen and at the dining table.

- Thick and heavy 3-Ply construction throughout the pan: one layer of aluminum core sandwiched between 2 Nickel Free SS layers, JYH21CT (21/0) layer from the inside and 430SS (18/0) layer for the outside.
- Whole-Clad 3-Ply construction ensures long product lifespans and optimal heat distribution and storage, thus faster and even cooking, more energy savings, and better nutrition.
NICKEL FREE HARM FREE
- Nickel-bearing stainless steel, such as 304SS (Cr/Ni: 18/8), being more corrosion-resistant, is commonly used in industry, BUT nickel is high up on the ATSDR list of priority toxins, and nickel LEACHES under regular cooking conditions.
- This set is made of food grade nickel free stainless steel: JYH21CT (21/0) for the inside layer and 430SS (18/0) for the outside layer. NICKEL FREE SS is also more heat-conductive. Tests show a noticeable degree (12-15%) of energy savings.
NO COATING NO RISK
- General non-stick coating cookware releases toxic fumes when cooking. The coating usually lasts only for 1-2 years, and thus it may eventually be eaten by the owner.
- This cookware set does not apply any coating, and is free of health hazard.
- Its Whole-Clad 3-Ply construction provides consistent and even heat distribution, eliminates hotspots effectively, and hence achieves natural stick resistance.
- It will be satisfactorily non-stick as long as seasoned and used properly.
