1. Preheat oven to 350˚F / 180˚C. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, add melted coconut oil and water, then blend thoroughly.
2. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and pour in the mixture, smoothing the top. Let it stand at room temperature for 2 hours or overnight.
3. Bake for 1¼ - 1½ hours until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely (about 2 hours).
