To ensure your battery reaches its full 3-5 year lifespan, follow these professional steps:

• The "Top-Off" Rule: While our batteries ship at high capacity, they can lose a small percentage of charge during transit. For peak performance, charge for 2 hours upon arrival.
• Multimeter Check: A healthy, fully charged YTX7A-BS should read between 12.7V and 12.8V.
• Terminal Tightness: Ensure your cables are snug. A loose connection is the #1 cause of "clicking" sounds and perceived "dead" batteries.
