How long does the battery of DuoMon3 last?
The DuoMon 3 features a rechargeable 500mAh Li-ion battery. Battery life depends on usage and settings. With power-saving features enabled and optimized notifications, it provides reliable performance for long auto-catching sessions and daily use.
Can DuoMon3 automatically reconnect after disconnection?
Yes. DuoMon3 automatically reconnects after Pokémon GO’s hourly connection timeout. To ensure this feature works properly, the Pokémon GO app must remain open and active.
Is DuoMon3 waterproof and suitable for outdoor activities?
Yes. DuoMon3 is IPX7 waterproof, protecting against rain, splashes, and accidental immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. For IPX7 protection, keep the USB-C port cover fully closed and sealed. Not intended for swimming or extended underwater use.
Can notifications be customized?
Yes. Notifications can be customized in the MEGACOM CENTER app. Adjust voice alerts, LED brightness (0–100%), and vibration settings. LEDs and vibration can be turned off for meetings, classes, driving, or nighttime use.
Can DuoMon3 be charged with any wireless charging pad?
Use a Qi-certified wireless charger (5W–15W). For best performance, use an 18W+ QC2.0/QC3.0 adapter. MagSafe-compatible chargers are supported if they support Qi charging. DuoMon3 uses wireless charging only and does not support magnetic alignment.
