Is it safe for all types of pipes?
The Drain Auger is safe for PVC, copper, stainless steel, and other metal pipes. Unlike harsh chemicals, it physically removes clogs without damage. It fits 0.75–2 inch pipes. Just keep drill speed at 500 RPM or lower to avoid excessive pressure.
Can it remove soap scum?
The Drain Auger removes hair, grease, and clogs, but isn't specifically for soap scum film. However, if soap scum causes a partial blockage, the corkscrew head may help break through it. For surface buildup, a scrub brush or cleaner is better.
Is it manual or electric?
