CURT front mount hitches are the perfect way to maximize the functionality of your vehicle. Providing a standard 2-inch x 2-inch receiver tube in the front of your full-size truck, Jeep or SUV, a front receiver hitch can accept a number of different accessories, including a snow plow, cargo carrier, winch mount and much more.
All CURT front hitches are made vehicle-specific, providing a custom fit for each unique make and model.
We use actual vehicles and cutting-edge software to develop front hitch designs that are strong, functional and tailor-made to fit your unique make and model.
A combination of robotic welding and skilled manual welding ensures production efficiency, optimal strength, clean weld lines and a precise fit for each front mount hitch.
For maximum protection, our front receiver hitches are mechanically descaled and co-cured in a liquid Bonderite undercoating, inside and out, and durable black powder coat finish.
Our front mount hitches are not only made in America, but every design is rigorously tested for safety and performance at our Detroit testing facility according to SAE J684 specifications.*

The CURT step pad #31001 provides a 6” x 10” anti-skid stepping surface on the front or rear of the vehicle. When installed on your front receiver hitch, it offers a convenient step for under-the-hood access, particularly on larger vehicles.
The CURT winch mount #31009 features a use-as-needed design. It has standard mounting holes to accept a variety of winches and attachment points for a fairlead. The bolt-on handles also provide a convenient hold during operation.
The CURT skid plate #31007 is an excellent off-road accessory. It not only protects your front trailer hitch from damage when it is not use, it also helps protect the front, underside of your vehicle from large off-road debris.
CURT offers several different hitch tow hooks that can easily and securely be mounted on your front receiver hitch or rear trailer hitch. We carry D-rings, tow hooks, shackles and more.
CURT front hitches can also be used to accommodate a cargo carrier. A CURT hitch-mounted cargo carrier is a great way to add storage space to your vehicle, using your trailer hitch’s receiver tube.
Mounting a cargo carrier on the front of your vehicle, using a front receiver hitch, allows the rear mount trailer hitch to be freed up for towing a trailer.
