Model D20 Chicken Door Motor
This kit was designed with you and your chickens in mind. Chicken Safety & Owner Sanity are our Top Priorities!
Our motors can lift a max of 40 pounds but is recommended for door weights under 10 pounds. For best results 2 pound doors is desirable for the safety of your chickens. You can relax knowing we do not use cheap parts or suppliers. All our products are made and assembled here in USA. This kit also includes all installation instructions and assembly hardware to make you chicken coop door automated. Our motors are also controller friendly if you wanted to use timers, remote controls, wi-fi outlets, bluetooth controller and many more!
Easy Setup
No need to mess with buttons or complicated programming devices. Simply rotate the black dial on the motor to tell it how far to reel up or down.
Since our motor is not digital a power disruption will never reset or change the motors settings.
Easy Installation
You wont need to hire an expert to install this for you. Simply use the included instruction manual and mount the door and rails at the desired location on your coop wall. Mount and set the motors travel distance to tell it how far to reel up or down by using the black dial on the front of the motor. Then lastly setup the timer to your desired open and close times.
Heavy Duty Motor
Although the motor is rated for a 40 pound max lift, we recommend a door under 5 pounds for max motor lifespan. For optimum safety for chickens we recommend doors under 2 pounds. This means your motor will be operating well under the maximum allowance preserving the motor for years to come.
