Chateau Diana Zero keeps all the fun and festivity of fresh fruity wines without the alcohol.
Our Story
Founded in 1981, Chateau Diana is a family-owned winery in the Dry Creek Valley near Healdsburg, California. Established by Tom and Diane Manning, the winery is now owned by their son and daughter, Corey and Dawn, following the traditions, standards, and values set down by their parents.
Tasting Notes
The honeysuckle and fresh cut flower aromas are lovely. There are tones of butterscotch, vanilla wafer, pineapple and pear. The complex flavors are creamy and surprisingly succulent, with bright pear, red apple and hints of apricot and melon. The lingering mouthfeel is nice. The texture is easy-drinking with a pleasant sweetness throughout.
Food Pairings
Chateau Diana White Zero makes meal pairing easy: we like it with soft cheeses, finger foods, charcuterie plates, pastas with creamy sauces, and light seafood meals.
