The fast-paced game of skill, luck and strategy.
Set up 4 Game Trays in a grid layout with sections interlocking on the bottom of each tray. Place 6 cups of one color on each grid section and place the Black Cup in the middle (this cup always stays on the board).
Each player chooses a color and stands behind the corner of their color cups on the board. Players always shoot from their corner of the board. Each shot must bounce once from their zone before landing on the board to count.
The starting player shoots their first ball, and the other players then follow in order until each player has shot twice. After all 8 balls are thrown, the round is over. Any cups with an ODD number of balls are removed from the board. Any cups with an even number of balls remain on the board.
If an odd number of balls are in the Black Cup, then the player who made the last shot loses one of their lowest cups. The other players then add one cup back to their lowest available space. If an even number of balls lands in the Black Cup, then the effect of the Black Cup is canceled.
Tiered Board: The unique layout of the multilevel board provides lots of ricochet action and funnels errant shots towards the black cup.

PlingPong was invented by Mike and Amy St. Martin of Maple Grove, MN. Mike came up with the first version of PlingPong after being inspired by cornhole. The game went through mulitple stages in its development including versions with hackey sacks, flower pots and different cup configurations. Eventually, PlingPong took the form of the funnel-shaped game with removable cups you see today.

You can choose to cancel out shots by trying to make it in another player’s cup, or you can go every man for him or herself style and exclusively save yourself. All players can gang up on one player, and you can even strategically land your ball in the black cup to give everyone a cup back. And, of course, when luck comes into play, you never really know where your ball will land.
