Choose a location with well-drained soil and full to partial sunlight (4 to 8 hours of sunlight per day), but need protection in warmer climates.
Dig a hole 3x as wide and as deep as the root ball. Loosen the roots and place the shrub. Backfill and water lightly. Azaleas love acidic soil.
Water 2-3x a week and more if during hotter times of the year. Check the soil about 3 inches down. If the soil is dry here, it’s time to water.
These Azaleas need very little pruning. If needed, prune after it's finished spring flowering.
