          • How many kids can play on this at once?

            We recommend a maximum of 5 players or 500lbs total. Adults can stay inside in the bounce house to assist children, however we do not recommend adults to actively bounce.

          • What are the bounce houses made from?

            Bounceland inflatables are made from commercial grade PVC coated Terylene and Laminated Oxford Terylene. PVC is used in high usage areas such as the bounce floor, climbing wall, inner sides, splash pool flooring, platform and steps.

          • It is normal to feel or hear air escaping or see bubbles in the water parks?

            All Inflatables are designed to release air pressure through the seams and material. Pin holes are a normal part of the manufacturing process, and are not a cause for concern.

          • Does the air blower have a GFCI plug?

            Yes, the high quality waterproof UL blower is equipped with a 25ft power cord with GFCI on/off plug to ensure the safety of kids (plug will shut off during unsafe conditions to prevent electric shock).
