3. If your phone is paid off but still locked, contact your previous carrier.
You’ll need the following info from your current carrier to transfer your number to Boost Mobile:
· Account number
· Account owner’s name
· Account billing address
· Current carrier
· Number transfer PIN (port-out PIN)
· Phone number
