For best results, slowly dissolve the probiotic lozenge on the tongue 1-2 times a day. Safe to take up to 4 lozenges a day. For ages 4 and over.
We recommend taking Teeth&Gums at night, after your usual dental routine. At other times best not to eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after taking
We recommend storing BLIS Probiotics below 77°F. They are shelf stable so they do not need to go in the fridge.
