Our story begins in 1945, in the wake of the typical craftsmanship of the Strona Valley and of the villages that overlook the eastern shore of the Lake Orta. Bisetti combines skillful local artisan tradition with the most modern machinery and equipment to ensure quality standards that the market the new millennium requires. In 2018, Bisetti moved the the modern factory in Omegna, Italy. It is here that Bisetti still continues to produce wooden table and kitchen items.
The mechanism for pepper
The mechanism of Bisetti’s pepper mill is made of hardened steel. The double row of rotor arranged teeth, holds and
guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring
the sharpening and wear resistance.
The mechanism for salt
The mechanism of Bisetti’s salt mill is made of high resistance ceramics. All the metal components are made of stainless
steel and aluminum in order to resist to corrosion.
The Roma collection of salt & pepper mills are made of beech wood with either a natural or walnut-stain finish. Traditional style. Comes in a variety of sizes.
The Firenze collection of salt & pepper mills are made of beech wood with shiny lacquered finish for a more contemporary look. Colors include black, red, and white in a variety of sizes.
The Imperia collection of salt & pepper mills are made of solid olive wood. Olive wood is know for it's beautiful wavy texture. This collection is sure to add beauty to any table
The Milano collection is a traditional line with its rounded head and curvy mill body. Mill body is made of clear acrylic. Comes in a variety of sizes.
The Verona collection is a more contemporary look with its linear mill shape body. Body is made of clear acrylic. Comes in a variety of sizes

The vase collection is designed by Adam + Harboth. Made of beech wood, the mill comes in multi-color, red or black. Mills has 2 sizes 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inch.
