LOW MAINTENANCE: Clean your pump for optimal performance. Unplug the pump before handling and remove the intake screen and impeller by disconnecting them from the pump. Remove any residue using a stream of water, small brush or cloth, then rinse clean. Clean your filter regularly by submerging it into a bucket half-filled with pond water, gently massage and squeeze the foam. Having spare filters will make this task more convenient.
EASY TO OPERATE: Submerge the pump entirely underwater, and plug the cord into the nearest GFCI outlet. Always disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet before handling and repositioning your pump. To preserve the life of your pump, it should be completely submerged under water at all times when in use, and not run dry.
